The prices are per week for the whole apartment.

• High Season  £1700 / (€2040) per week.       (July to Mid September + Cannes Film Festival)
• Mid Season    £1290 / ( €1075)                    (Easter /Transition weeks & Other Festivals)
• Low season   £750 / (€900)
  
  The Apartment Rental  includes:
• Bed Linen, Pillows Blankets, and Bathroom Towels for all the guests
• One  reserved car parking space off-street and behind electric gates
• Electricity, Water, Internet Use, Phone calls to non-mobiles in Europe and North America
  There are no extra costs for the Swimming Pool,  Air-conditioning/Heating, Taxes etc

You are responsible for breakages, loss or damage to the contents and will be asked to pay a refundable deposit of 250€ on arrival

Our local manager can arrange for extra cleaning, shopping for you, chauffeured cars and limosines if wanted
