This is our holiday home but we rent it out to visitors for holidays stays.   The apartment was built in 2004 and is a modern building in the typical local soft pink colour.  It is a  penthouse apartment with three bedrooms and there is a lift..
The master bedroom has a double bed, small television and an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with double sinks, and a bath. The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds and each with its own  ‘en-suite’ shower rooms with  toilet.
There is a large living room opening onto a balcony which looks southwards towards the sea.    The living room has a three seat sofa bed, which can be used if you wish 8 people to be able to stay in the apartment.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has two television sets, a DVD player and a Sony PS2 Playstation with some games for children to play.  The apartment has a full separate kitchen which also opens onto the balcony.  It is fully equipped with a deep freeze, microwave oven and dish washer, as well as conventional cooking with a ceramic hob, fan/conventional oven.  There are gardens and a private pool,  this includes a space with bench seats and to play boules as well as rough scrub for playing in.

There is reserved private parking with full security, but it is only a short walk to the shops, market and the beach.
A child’s folding travel cot and high chair are available (no charge)  and we can arrange baby-sitters if wanted.
