This is a summary of what is included in Your Rental:

Sheets, Bath Towels, Pillow cases etc.   Electricity used ( there is an upper limit ), water, and all other costs.    You will be met at the apartment by a local English speaking team who are available in case of problems.

Air conditioning to all bedrooms and living room with individual remote controls for each room. 

Main Bedroom : Double Bed , TV with Radio, Wardrobes, Sheets etc. En-suite bathroom with double sink, bath with shower, bedside lights, room lights controlled from bed

Bedrooms 2 & 3 : 2 x Single Beds in each, Wardrobes, Sheets etc. En-suite Shower room with shower, wash-basin and toilet, room lights controlled from bed

Living Room   : 3 Seat Sofa (convertible to double bed), Comfortable Chairs, Dining Table for 8 and chairs , Main TV,  DVD, MP3 & CD  Player, Sony Playstation PS2 and games, Telephone for incoming calls,.Outgoing phone wioth free calls to landlines in EU and USA.   Broadband Internet and WiFi (approx 12 MBps).   Double sliding doors to balcony

Kitchen : Separate Full Kitchen with Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Filter and Espresso Coffee Maker, Large Fridge and Deep Freeze. Cutlery, Glassware and China for 8+, Full set of pans etc. Bottle Openers and all the kitchen gadgets.   Dishwashing machine, Washing machine with drier for clothes.  Doors to balcony.

Balcony : with a Table, 6 chairs, 2 sun beds, 1 lounger and patio lighting.

Parking : Off Street secure reserved parking space behind remote controlled gates

Swimming Pool in a protected area with open space for children to explore/play off street and away from the apartment block.  There is a garden area with a Boules ( French Bowls ) pitch, bench seats and olive trees together with rough grassland for children to play
Extra items such as UK Plug adaptors for your chargers. Iron, Ironing Board etc. are all provided.

You are asked to bring your own beach towels and beach shoes to come from the pool through the building
